The center is located on the intersection of Daxing Rd. and Changan E Rd., Taiping City. Originally, it was a Pingling military practice field and was provided by the military for the Taichung County Government for free.

The center has a quiet and tasteful layout surrounded by trees, and the Dakeng Scenery Area is across Buzih Stream. We are the center for art development in Taichung Tun District.
